Hearts of Goodness Foundation is a Nonprofit Organization which is duly registered under Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) according to the Laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria. The aims and objectives of Hearts of Goodness Foundation are based upon the principle of helping the poor, the less privileged, disable, orphans, motherless children, prisoners, patient, special children, destitute, widows, single mothers, and the elderly, irrespective of their geographical location, religion, sex and tribe. This foundation was created to assist those that are seriously in need of help in the society.With these reasons, the disadvantaged people of Nigeria will be encouraged and able to receive the basic necessities of life and earn through honorable means.
Aims and Objectives of Hearts of Goodness Foundation
Therefore, the aims and objectives of Hearts of Goodness Foundation are as follows:
- – Visiting and donations to the motherless homes, hospitals, orphanage homes, special schools and prisons
- – Assisting students with the school fees and school materials
- – Provision of financial and material assistance to the elderly in need, widows, and single mothers
- – Provision of information on job vacancies for those in need of jobs
- – Organizing of free skills acquisition to assist the needy
- – Donationof foodstuff, financial, chicken, clothing and other materials to the needy during festive period
- – Education financial assistance to those in need of WAEC, JAMB, GCE, and tuition etc.
- – Help prepare under-resourced high school students to enter workforce or college
- – Provide low income adults the prospect of obtaining further education and credentials to improve their lives
- – To increase literacy for children, youth and adults, including financial literacy where needed
- – Improve health education for children and young people, particularly in relation to healthy eating, obesity, physical fitness, early pregnancy and substance abuse
- – To educate young people about peaceful conflict resolution techniques and the need to eliminate the incidence of sexual and physical abuse in their relationships
- – Grant scholarship to deserving, capable students especially orphans, motherless children, and disable.
- – Extend financial aid to deserving destitute persons and families;
- – Provide medical and legal aid to deserving persons;
- – Keep the administration informed about the development of any social skills;
- – Eradicate menace of drug addiction and beggary from the society;
- – Inspire youth to work towards the betterment of their community and society as a whole;
- – Undertake actions that contributes to the progress, prosperity, and solidarity of the society;
- – Foster the highest standards of goodwill and morality, respect, and brotherly understanding among the people at large;
- – Organize gatherings and to arrange lectures, seminars, and symposiums to motivate wealthy people to help the poor
- – Undertake projects for the treatment, education, clothing, and accommodation of special children
- – Creation of awareness for people living with HIV/AIDS and its prevention
- – Provision of schools for the less privileged
- – Assisting needy pregnant mothers with the hospital bills and materials needed for the baby
- – Indulge in all such acts, deeds, or events that are conducive to the attainment of the above said objectives.
All of the above aims and objectives are aimed to touch people’s lives positively and to make the sick healthy, unloved to loved, unemployed to a worker, the needy to wealthy, disabled to permitted, destitute to rich, and from rejected to accept.
